Michelle Obama looked great in Naeem Khan's dress at the State Dinner with the Prime Minister of India, Manmohan Singh, this past week. Naeem Khan was born in India, moved to the United States as a teen, trained under Halston, and opened his own label in 2003. I love the Indian influences in his Spring 2010 collection.
